Company Lunch @ Baccarat Restaurant

Upon reaching office not long...it's lunch time again...heehee....today it's different...cos there will be a company lunch @ the newly opened Baccarat Restaurant...located @ 52 Bras Basah Road #01-01 Plaza By the Park...heehee...my uncle is treating mi this meal..heehee...hmn..today also my last day workin...next week onwards...i will be concentrating on my revision..

Some people call it 'buffet', but chef-owner Daniel Koh prefers to call the concept behind his new restaurant, Baccarat, as ''free fork dining'. The sprawling restaurant is divided into sections such as 'Japanese', 'hot cooking' or 'noodles', but the highlight ( as was exemplified by the 100 kg salmon fish carted out by six chefs during the opening) is the freshness of the ingredients. Koh, together with his team of chefs, have designed 13 specialty dishes which will "rival the imperial banquet". A must is the delicious Magnificient 13 Wonders Toasted Duck, which is prepared laboriously in front of guests by two chefs.....

Hmn...the restaurant very spacious...& environment very relax & nice..as for the food...good...there's this chocolate fountain...a scope of ice-cream dip into it...wow...nice layer or chocolate outside the ice-cream...marvellous...the very first time i had "yu sheng" with many thick slices of salmon fish..& octopus & cuttlefish...

Heehee...after a wonderful lunch...i m back at work..yup...hehee...must finish my work by 6pm...cos there's an additional law tutorial @ 6.45pm....heehee.....yuppee..tomolo saturday liao..heehee...
